FAQ


The Clothing Bin offers FREE shipping to SELECT countries no minimum purchase. Destinations we regularly ship to include; Brazil, Mexico, NZ, Australia, USA, Canada, the United Kingdom. 

1. Where are you located?

We are located in Wellington, New Zealand

2. Why are you so cheap?

We source our stock from overseas suppliers, then we ship the stock from an overseas location on demand, directly to your doorstep.  This cuts the costs as we don't have to pay expensive customs fees on a large bulk delivery, instead it is lots of little ones. 

3. I ordered a week ago, my delivery hasn't arrived? 

Our setup here at The Clothing Bin is so that items have to be dispatched from an overseas location to your home. This process often can take between 10 and 30 business days. We can update you with a tracking number on request so you can gain a better idea of when your item will arrive. We definitely want you to get your items in a timely fashion and we are definitely not running a scam. Our reputation is important to us internationally, if you have any queries please ask us privately. If your item is lost or damaged, we will refund your purchase.  

4. How can I pay?

We accept credit/visa debit (via PayPal).

5. I picked the wrong size and I didn't bother checking the measurements. Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately you must pick your sizes carefully prior to purchase and therefore we can't refund you if you have ordered the wrong size.  

6. Do you have a store?  

Our business model is already tight in terms of costs and we are only based online, if we were to open a store in the current economic environment we would quickly fade away because of out of control expenses. For this reason we run exclusively online. 

7. Do you ship to USA/UK/EU/Australia/Overseas?

YES WE DO!!. We ship globally, and the timeframe for delivery remains the same for any country. At present the only country we cannot ship to is Iran.

8. I ordered M but my item says XL? (substitute other sizes)

Based on the information given to us from our suppliers and using comparisons to Western products, The Clothing Bin sell sizes based upon their US size scheme, however some items will still bear sizing labels from their originating country.

9. I made a large order but not all the items have arrived yet?

We ship items out in small groups so that you don't pay expensive customs fees, and also as to avoid you waiting for items that may take a little longer. Rest assured, all your items will arrive within the specified time frame

10. How do I know my payment is secure?

We currently use PayPal (www.paypal.com) the world's biggest secure online payment provider for all our transactions due to the superior buyer protection they afford.

11. I ordered the wrong colour/size/style can I change it?  

Sure, let us know as soon as possible in an email and we will change it right away if it has not been shipped yet. After the item has shipped, there is nothing we can do to change your order.
